Meal planning is one of the most important strategies you need to master to remain successful in meeting your Nutrition goals.
We plan for so many things in our life like vacations, birthday parties, education, and career path. Why do we fall short when it comes to planning our meals?
I believe there are too many convenient foods these days and a person can leave the house with literally no food or water and feel pretty confident that they will come across a fast food restaurant or food store if they get hungry.
Our society (if we live in the city or suburbs) is designed so we won't ever go hungry too long. Certainly this is a good thing but the unfortunate part is that our society does not cater to eating healthy in most parts of the country.
Until it does we need to plan ahead to ensure we are eating healthy all day long.
