About Health Fitness Advisor - Vince's Bio

Health Fitness Advisor was inspired by my clients, patients, family, and friends. It is truly a joy to watch someone transform their life to become healthier and happier and then watch how it inspires all those around them to do the same.

My passion and my mission in life is "to help people improve their lives to become happier and healthier" - and hopefully we will all be a much better community and world as a result.

My journey began over 30 years ago having to deal with my own challenges both physical and emotional and not having the resources to resolve it.

After obtaining the information to help myself and finding out first hand that these lifestyle changes truly made a difference in my life I had this desire to share it with others.

As I looked around I saw so many of my friends and family who could benefit from these healthy lifestyle changes so I started my path to becoming a health educator and enrolling in school so I was equipped with the knowledge and information to help all those around me.

Of course we all know we can only help those who want to be helped and this was a big eye opener to me as I found this out the hard way.

I am now a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Lifestyle Educator at your service to assist you in reaching your health goals.

I have put this website together as a healthy resource for all those who desire the information. The information is free and I plan to update this site as often as I can. Please check my blog, news and classes as those will be the pages most often to change.

I plan on putting up recipes and video under the meal planning section and nutrition section soon.

Of course I have to earn a living so I am for hire, just check out the Services link.
